Savannah Theis (she/her)

I’m a facilitator, psychotherapist, and artist based in London. My work focuses on finding ways to embrace different parts of ourselves and tap into our creativity and resources, even in difficult moments.

I came across Processwork in 2016 while looking for better ways to address conflict in groups, and it’s really helped me in my relationships with myself and others. Processwork offers many creative tools for working with challenges, with individuals, couples, and groups.

In 2020, I helped start a free counselling service for people affected by the pandemic. Since 2018 I’ve worked with an organisation supporting women who’ve faced gender-based violence.

I also run workshops that mix art, movement, and Processwork. I’m interested in how body-based practices can help us understand ourselves and connect with others in new ways.

I work online and in person. I love collaborating with others and am always open to new workshop ideas and projects.

My aim is to contribute to a more imaginative society that values everyone’s unique experiences and wisdom, and to have fun along the way!
