I am a psychotherapist, dance teacher, therapy in motion practitioner and author coach.

I have had a private practice as a process-oriented psychotherapist (process worker) since 2013 and been a 5Rhythms Teacher accredited by Gabrielle Roth since 2004 and an Open Floor International teacher since 2017. ​I facilitate and support from an understanding and exploration of my own experience, informed by 10 years of study in Process Work and having done trainings in attachment theory, trauma informed practice, relationship work. I work with night time dreams, relationship between internalised parts in conflict, couples struggling with different communication styles and histories, roles in groups and organisations and how these impact how we behave and feel about ourselves in a group. We find a dream door, often an unintended element, movement or pattern and unfold the mystery allowing the wisdom to speak through our bodies. We follow sensory-based experiences and might talk, dance, roll around, sing, draw or dream.  I approach each session with curiosity, compassion, non-judgement and a love for the complexity of our humanness​.
