Tuomas Lehesaari

I live in Turku Finland. I have a huge interest in conciousness, awareness and true intergration and understanding of all traditions and approaches. I work with youth, adults, groups and families in different kinds of settings. I’m father, a partner and on some days a Brazilian jiu-jitsu practioner.

My days go by doing a variety of things, but there is always a focus on awareness and processing that never rests. I enjoy supporting people with hard issues and finding meaning in things and life itself. I love process work for it’s creative, broad and lively way in which to explore the human condition. I also love the equality, depth and togetherness Processwork brings to communities. It’s like nothing I have seen before.
