Hi! My name’s Helen. I live in Birmingham and work as a facilitator, trainer, coach and trainee therapist. My role is to travel alongside for a time, to help make the way easier and support individuals, couples and groups to live their own wisdom and fullness.

I bring 15 years of facilitation experience, a warm curiosity to people’s individuality and circumstances and an interest in the less pretty parts of ourselves, our lives and how they may be meaningful. I’m fascinated by how processwork and restorative approaches to harm and conflict can inform and complement each other. 

I am an advanced student of Processwork UK and a trainee psychotherapist registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UCKP).
