Organisational Structure

Since our founding, the RSPOPUK committee has been responsible to support the organisation stay close to its vision, working in collaboration with faculty, students, and management. The committee is made up of faculty, students, management, elders and trustees.

Anup Karia led the Steering group of Processwork UK from 2010, first with Pat Black, then from 2015-2-22 together with Iona Fredenburgh, with support from Arlene and Jean-Claude Audergon. 

Over the years, a main principle was that our outer structure and activities emerge out of the processes of growth and creativity that we meet internally in our organisation and in the world. 

In this spirit, since 2022, our organisational structure has evolved based in a Holocratic design as well as process-oriented approach. It’s a lot of work and a lot of fun, holding the different organisational tasks and responsibilities and keeping in communication together!
