Psychotherapist & Conflict Facilitator
I am a UKCP registered trainee with Processwork UK. I live in North Herefordshire, and regularly work on zoom.
I offer a confidential space, to be alongside people in exploring their life experiences. I work in a way that welcomes mind, body, and the impact of our roles within society. I have worked with relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, low self esteem, stress, loneliness, lack of clarity and life direction.
I am always moved to meet and be alongside clients. There are the shared highs and lows of being human, and yet every experience and story is unique. Our individual journeys are important pieces within the fabric of wider society; our voices matter.
I have found that words aren’t always enough to capture my internal experiences in all their delicacy and uniqueness. Therefore, I’m thankful for the methods of Processwork that help facilitate expression of all the wordless parts; the dreams, symptoms and subtleties of perception.
Alongside training within UKCP, I work with MIND Mental Health Charity, Peacemakers and as a freelance conflict facilitator for communities and organisations. I have a long standing meditation practice, and co-lead outdoor, ecology – based practice retreats. I work to make my practice inclusive of all experiences, and recognise this involves a commitment to continual self reflection.
