International Diploma Programme
Community and Organisational Facilitation Branch
The focus of the Community and Organisational branch is the application of Process Work theory, skills and practice to facilitating teams, organisations and communities.
Students and practitioners in this branch may work as consultants and facilitators within organisations, and are leaders and facilitators in community building, or active in the fields of peace-building and transitional justice.
Facilitators and trainee facilitators are attracted to Process Work and Worldwork because of their deep interest in the constant focus on the interplay of inner work and our work in the world. Practitioners in this branch will learn to facilitate individuals and teams, as well as groups and community forums.
