 Sam Settle

Facilitator,  Coach and Mentor

I coach, facilitate and offer therapeutic sessions for individuals and pairs of people across a broad spectrum of issues and challenges. With colleagues, I also offer workshops, forums and other types of support for organisations and communities.

I work with individuals, groups and organisations seeking ways to process conflict and function more harmoniously. I also run workshops on issues such as power and rank in communities.

There’s a wisdom inherent in individuals, and the groups and organisations they belong to, which offers insight and healthy change. That wisdom is often subtle and overlooked, but with practice, the individual and the group can be helped to tune into it. One important aspect is trusting that all parts and voices of ourselves – and those of the group – are needed. It is the interaction of all parts which lead to happier functioning.

My approach considers forces such as racism, classism and prejudice related to gender, sexuality, and neurodiversity.
