Trainee Psychotherapist (registered with UKCP), Facilitator, Artist, Designer
Welcome, my role as a therapist is to be along-side and to explore whatever is unfolding in your life. Supported by Processwork tools, a spirit of curiosity, play and creativity.
You may be exploring or wanting support about a particular theme or issue. What I personally love about Processwork is how it builds a bridge between our everyday issues and reveals how we can follow more of our deeper dreaming nature, which can often bring useful insights. A important concept in Processwork is that the things that disturb us contain the seeds of our growth. My deep interest with Processwork is to support the discovery of our own wisdom and wholeness.
As a holistic, multi-disciplinary and creative approach to therapy, Processwork can look many ways and is responsive to what is happening in the moment. Sessions involve talking therapy and working with our imaginations, and may include activities, such as movement, mark-making and role play.
My approach to Processwork is informed by over 30 years in the arts as a theatre designer and facilitator focusing on working sustainably. I co-founded Ecostage, advocating well-being and greener practices.
I offer low-cost online and face-to- face sessions working with individuals, couples and group facilitation. Please get in contact for an introductory chat, to book a session, or to find out more about therapy or facilitation. I share my time between London and Cornwall.
