For me process work is constantly creative, surprising, magical even. When I am truly able to follow nature I feel alive and invigorated. Process work continues to inspire me and to teach me that life’s experiences, however difficult or disturbing, are also meaningful.

 In my private practice I work online offering therapeutic coaching for people with ADHD. I also work as a counsellor in a university.

 We work with whatever you bring including self-criticism, trauma and abuse, relationships, somatic experiences and power and privilege. 

To relax I enjoy walking my dog, the arts – books, theatre, film and music, languages and walking my dog.

I am a proud mother of two young adults.
