My focus these days is in the studio and my creative practice. Using the media of charcoal, paint and video I am exploring different themes: These include interior spaces as a reflection of the world we live in, mythic stories happening in the everyday, or responding to themes as they arise. I work and exhibit individually and also collaboratively. I have worked with a group of women artists since 2002 and we meet regularly to support and challenge each other, exhibit our work and also make collaborative work- exciting to create those pieces which are more than all of us.

Since 2007 I have been using video as part of my practice  and making short films. I work individually and collaboratively – current collaborations are with musicians creating music videos and with a community group Creative Working Lives. With the community group I am working on a video piece which will hold, reflect and express their experiences of value and loss in working lives mainly in the public sector, which will be exhibited in April 2016.
