MOVING INTO WHOLENESS : the World and Us
A training in Processwork through movement
21-23 January 2022 – 3 day online training course
We have a few places left….
This training can be taken as a standalone course or lead on to 4 further modules
With its ability to express the inexpressible, movement is one of the most useful and surprising resources for transformation. This experiential training offers an in-depth journey into unravelling meaning in your body movement and other physical experiences. We will approach this journey with the philosophy and skills of Processwork and with movement analysis.
THE WORLD AND US
The world moves in us, as much as we move in the world. Integral to Processwork training is the development of awareness of collective and individual dimensions of processes, and the weave between them. Theory and embodied practice invite you to live from your spirit or deepest nature, as you engage with the world in you and around you.
Through experiences of movement and other channels of sensory awareness, insight and orientation to your life path emerges. We share skills and metaskills for engaging with edges, disturbances, the unknown and the seemingly unimaginable. We move between dimensions of ‘consensus reality’, dreamland and deepest essence, anchoring new patterns and experiences in everyday life and practice. We connect with personal and collective history, an understanding of ourselves as social beings in relationships within the world, and an awareness of the complexities of rank, marginalisation and privilege that pattern our interactions and sense of self. We will use movement to “drop out” of known patterns and develop new skills to navigate the subtle experiences that indicate the deeper calling that motivates and guides you.
